Fill out the participation form.
※ Apply for booths and additional facilities.

STEP 3

Receive approval and an invoice from the organizer office.

STEP 4

Pay the contract fee (50% of the total participation fee).
※ Payment must be made within 7 days of application.

STEP 5

Pay the balance.
※ Payment must be paid within the schedule.

                    Visitor agrees that the personal data provided for registration may be included in the organizer's database and used by the organizer for figuring our demand and promotional purposes. The organizer of the exhibition, uses the visitor’s personal information only for these purpose. 

1. Private Information to be collected :  Company Name, Position, Department, Name, Mobile, E-mail
2. Personal Information Collection Purpose : For demanding forecasting and promotion 
3. Retention and Use Period for Personal Information : In principle, after the purposes of collecting and using personal information has been fulfilled, the Company shall, without delay, destroy relevant information

* A user may reject the collecting of personal information. However, when a user rejects it, then the user may have some limits in opening and downloading the document.

BOOTH TYPES & DETAILS

#01 RAW SPACE BOOTH (3m*3m/BOOTH)

Exhibitors should employ the contractors designated by venue for the construction and erection of their stands.

Participation Fee USD 3,000 per booth (VAT excluded)
Inclusions Only the exhibition space corresponding to the number of booths applied for is provided (1 booth = 3m x 3m).

Inclusions Booth wall, 3 spot lights, 220V outlet, carpet, information desk, waste bin, round table, and 3 chairs
